Abstract

The invention discloses a self-adjusting hydraulic vibration isolation system between HVAC machines. The system comprises hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic system and a control system. The first pipeline of the hydraulic system is sequentially connected with a hydraulic oil tank, an oil filter, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic control one-way valve and an energy accumulator, and at least four hydraulic cylinders are communicated with the first pipeline between the hydraulic control one-way valve and the energy accumulator. One end of the second pipeline is communicated with an overflow valve, theother end of the second pipeline is communicated with the first pipeline between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic control one-way valve, the first two-position two-way valve is communicated with the overflow valve through a third pipeline, and the valve banks which comprise the overflow valve and the second two-position two-way valve and are arranged in parallel are communicated with a remotecontrol port of the overflow valve through the fourth pipeline. A sensor arranged on the hydraulic cylinders transmits vibration frequency and displacement data between the HVAC machines to a PLC, andthe PLC controls the two-position two-way valve to adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system according to the transmitted data.
