Firstly, an information physical fusion system model capable of reflecting an electric power primary system and an information network topological structure is constructed, and then reliability indexes of all equipment nodes are obtained according to actual operation conditions for the electric power primary system side of an intelligent substation; reliability indexes of all devices and communication links are analyzed based on an analytic hierarchy process for the information network side, and then the mode and the process of the interaction effect of the electric power primary system and the information network are analyzed in detail, and a method for quantitatively analyzing the interaction effect of the electric power primary system and the information network is proposed, thereby obtaining the reliability index of the electric power primary system side ofthe intelligent substation under the interaction effect of the electric power primary system and the information network.
