Key points of a technical schemeof the invention are as follows: the adhesive comprises: A, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a base polymer, 10-25 parts of a base crosslinking agent, 10-30 parts of an additional crosslinking agent and 5-15 parts of a filling material; and B, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a base polymer, 5-15 parts of a filling material and 0.2-0.5 part of a catalyst; wherein the base polymers in the A and the B are hydroxyl silicone oil. The adhesive provided by the invention can be crosslinked with the crosslinked polyethylene and the silicone rubber, so the crosslinked polyethylene and the silicone rubber can be bonded to repair scratches and air gaps on the main insulation of a cable; meanwhile, water vapor can be prevented from permeating from a wire core and the outside along a pressing interface to cause breakdown accidents; and the reliability and stability of the cable during operation are improved.
