Abstract

The invention discloses a low-constant-temperature synthesis reaction device for a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and relates to the field of synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizers. The low-constant-temperature synthesis reaction device comprises a reaction kettle, a cooler and a heat exchanger, wherein the top part of the reaction kettle is provided with a feeding inlet and an additionopening; the bottom part of the reaction kettle is provided with a discharging outlet; the shell of the reaction kettle is provided with an interlayer; the lower part of the interlayer communicates with a cooling water inlet pipe; the upper part of the interlayer communicates with a cooling water outlet pipe; the cooler communicates with the other ends of the cooling water inlet pipe and the cooling water outlet pipe; the heat exchanger comprises a plurality of heat exchanger sheets which are connected in parallel; two adjacent heat exchanger sheets respectively communicate with the reactionkettle and the cooler; a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe communicate with and are arranged between the reaction kettle and the heat exchanger; and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipecommunicate with and are arranged between the cooler and the heat exchanger. According to the synthesis device provided by the invention, a reaction liquid and cooling water in the cooler are respectively introduced into adjacent heat exchanger sheets, so the reaction liquid is circularly and continuously cooled; the cooling efficiency and the synthesis effect are greatly improved; and a temperature can be kept constant all the time.
