According to the wall and the method, due to the fact that the thickness of the decorative coating is small, the surface of the second face plate layer is coated with thedecorative coating, the gap between the second face plate layer and the photovoltaic cell layer is reduced, the air residual amount in the gap is reduced, the firmness of the second face plate layerand the photovoltaic cell layer is improved, and the strength and reliability of the photovoltaic curtain wall are improved.
