Problems solved by technology

When the in-plane puncture technique is used, the needle path can be fully displayed on the ultrasonic image, but the in-plane puncture technique also has corresponding disadvantages. "Artifacts" are prone to appear on the map, such as "partial volume effect", resulting in errors in monitoring and guiding puncture
Moreover, the puncture needle point is far away from the target to be punctured, and it is easy to accidentally injure other human tissues during the needle insertion process, and the damage to the patient is relatively large

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and the aforementioned and other objects, features, aspects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent, so that those skilled in the art can implement them with reference to the description.

[0030] As an embodiment of the present invention, refer to Figure 1~3 , the present invention provides an ultrasound-guided out-of-plane puncture method, which includes:

[0031] Step 1. The user directly measures the longitudinal distance y between the target to be punctured and the skin through the ultrasonic probe and the Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument;

[0032] Step 2. The user directly measures the lateral distance x between the center of the puncture frame and the ultrasonic probe outside the ultrasonic guidance plane through the ruler;

[0033] Step 3. The user directly invokes the background dedicated calculation module of the Do...

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic guided out-of-plane puncture method. The method comprises the steps: (1) a user directly measures a longitudinal distance y between a target point to be puncturedand skin through an ultrasonic probe and a Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus; (2) the user measures a transverse distance x between an ultrasonic guided out-of-plane puncture frame and the center of the ultrasonic probe directly through a staff gauge; (3) the user directly calls a background dedicated computing module of the Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus, the longitudinal distance yand the transverse distance x are input, and a puncture distance L and a puncture angle alpha are obtained through computing; and (4) the Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus generates a puncture guiding path according to the computed puncture distance L and the puncture angle alpha, and a puncture needle performs accurate puncture according to the puncture guiding path. The method has the beneficial effects that operating personnel can intuitively observe a prospective puncture path and target point of the puncture needle, so that the operating personnel can perform accurate puncture according to a specific position of a nidus, the occurrence of a problem of mistaken puncture is avoided, and the working efficiency is increased; and misplay of the operating personnel is avoided, and theaccuracy of information extraction and puncture path planning of the puncture needle is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ultrasound-guided out-of-plane puncture method. Background technique [0002] Ultrasound-guided puncture is a technology developed on the basis of ultrasound imaging to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Through the puncture needle, it is very convenient to extract the diseased tissue in the patient's body or to a certain target site in the patient's body (such as a tumor). , nerves, blood vessels, etc.) to inject drugs, the puncture adapter is a positioning structure device used to fix on the ultrasonic probe to provide accurate puncture angle and distance for the puncture needle. [0003] In ultrasound-guided puncture, according to the relative position of the puncture needle and the ultrasound probe, it can be divided into in-plane puncture techniques (the puncture needle is parallel to the long axis of the ultrasound pr...
