The arraycomprises an ultra-low frequency magnetic field generation module and an ultra-low frequency magnetic field control module, the ultra-low-frequency magnetic field generation module generates a staticmagnetic field; the ultra-low frequency control module generates a static magnetic field periodic change by controlling the ultra-low frequency magnetic field generation module so as to generate an amplitude and phase modulatable time-varying magnetic field, the ultra-low frequency control module comprises a motor controller and an upper computer, and the upper computer communicates with the motorcontroller according to the phase and amplitude of the magnetic field to be modulated. Compared with the existing mechanical antenna, the permanent magnet is used for generating a static magnetic field, the motor drives the soft magnetic material turntable to rotate to form an alternating magnetic field in a multiple relationship with the working frequency of the motor, the power consumption andthe mechanical structure design difficulty are reduced, and the amplitude and phase of the generated ultra-low frequency electromagnetic wave are modulated by controlling the start and stop of the mechanical antenna array element and the relative position of the turntable during rotation.
