Problems solved by technology

However, the tempered glass produced today is easy to burst by itself during use and has poor pressure resistance. For this reason, multi-layer laminated glass and its preparation process are proposed. The manufacturing industry of multi-layer laminated glass is complicated and time-consuming by manual operation. Laborious, in the face of increasing market demand, manual operation can no longer meet the existing production speed

Abstract

The invention discloses a full-automatic production method of multi-layer laminated glass. The full-automatic production method is used for processing semi-finished single-layer glass into finished multi-layer laminated glass, and comprises the following steps: S1, stacking single-layer glass in a storage tray; S2, clamping the single-layer glass and conveying the single-layer glass to a processing area by a first manipulator located at a downstream position relative to the storage tray; S3, allowing a first detection camera to detect the single-layer glass, feeding back a detection result toa center console, clamping the single-layer glass which is detected to be qualified by the first manipulator and conveying the qualified single-layer glass to a processing bin by the first manipulator; S4, carrying out gluing via a gluing machine; S5, allowing the first manipulator to clamp another piece of single-layer glass and to convey the another piece of single-layer glass onto the glued single-layer glass, and allowing the center console to accurately control the processing bin to perform high-temperature and high-pressure process treatment; and S6, allowing a second manipulator to clamp and convey finished multi-layer laminated glass to a finished product area for stacking in a centralized manner. The automatic line for producing and processing the multi-layer laminated glass can realize automatic sheet loading, automatic gluing, high-precision temperature-controlled heating and automatic sheet unloading; and the manipulators are used for product carrying, so labor is saved, operation is easy, and use is convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of production of multilayer laminated glass, in particular to a fully automatic production method of multilayer laminated glass. Background technique [0002] With the progress of society and the improvement of people's living standards, people are no longer satisfied with the use of ordinary glass, and the deep processing industry of glass is becoming more and more developed. Ordinary flat glass, flat drawn glass, rolled glass) as the basic raw material, according to the requirements of use, using different processing techniques to make glass products with specific functions. However, the tempered glass produced today is easy to burst by itself during use and has poor pressure resistance. For this reason, multi-layer laminated glass and its preparation process are proposed. The manufacturing industry of multi-layer laminated glass is complicated and time-consuming by manual operation. In the face of increa...
