The green environmental control system comprises an air supply module, a refrigerating / heating module, an oxygen production / nitrogen production module, a fuel oil module and an engine module; the air supply module provides high-pressure air for the refrigeration / heating module and the oxygen production / nitrogen production module; the refrigerating / heating module adopts an evaporation circulating system; the oxygen generation / nitrogen generation module comprises an oxygen generation assembly and a nitrogen generationassembly, the oxygen generation assembly provides oxygen for the aircraft cockpit, and nitrogen generated by the nitrogen generation assembly is used for inerting fuel oil in the fuel oil module; fueloil in the fuel oil module serves as a cold source for heat dissipation of a refrigerant in the refrigerating / heating module, oxygen cooling in the oxygen production / nitrogen production module and cooling of a lubricating oil assembly in the engine module; the lubricating oil assembly is used for lubricating and cooling internal gear components of the engine; and high-temperature tail gas generated by the engine module is used for heating the oxygen generation system.
