The invention discloses a power distribution interlocking system suitable for limited power supply capacity and power distribution method thereof. The system comprises a primary distribution box electrically connected with a power supply and a plurality of secondary distribution boxes electrically connected with the primary distribution box, each secondary distribution box is electrically connected with electrical equipment, each secondary distribution box comprises a plurality of distribution loops. And loop outlet ends are provided with contactors to form electrical interlocking. The interlocking system is suitable for an electrical system which has limited power supply capacity and simultaneously supplies power to a plurality of electrical loads or electrical equipment in a room area, wherein the power supply capacity of the electrical system is not greater than two times of the power supply capacity. Contactors are arranged in outlet loops of the same distribution box or different distribution boxes to perform electrical interlocking of different distribution loops, so that full-load operation of electrical equipment in any load or room area can be realized under the condition of limited power capacity, and simultaneous light-load operation of all loads or room area can also be realized; and meanwhile, power distribution of different granularities can be performed according to actual electrical equipment, so that the safety and flexibility of the system are improved.
