The method comprises the steps that 1, production data is collected, and required basic parameters are calculated, wherein the production data includes yield data and pressure data in the production stage, and the basic parameters comprise the original pressure, the comprehensive compression coefficient, the porosity, the thickness, the fluid volume coefficient, the viscosity and the fracture half-length of a stratum; 2, a relation curve of the ratio of thepressure difference to the yield and the material balance time is drawn; 3, the permeability of the reconstruction area is calculated by utilizing a linear flow equation of the linear flow stage. According to the method, linear regression is carried out by utilizing the production data of the linear flow stage so as to determine the permeability in combination with the linear flow equation. According to the method, well shutdown is not needed, the permeability can be calculated through the production data, meanwhile, the problem that a yield decreasing curve is difficult to fit is also avoided, and the calculation speed and precision are greatly improved.
