Abstract

The kit comprises 43 pairs of amplification primers for amplifying 43 gene segments, wherein the 43 gene loci are shown in a table, and the sequence of 43 pairs of amplification primers is shown in SEQ ID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.86. On the basis of research on large samples, a brand-new site combination is proposed, and accurate guidance and timely feedback are provided for treatment of depression from genes and genetic angles; based on the time-of-flight mass spectrometry technology, genotyping is carried out, and some genes and mutation sites which are most relevant to carefully selected and depressive drugs are subjected to medium flux sequencing, so that the detection time and cost can be greatly reduced, and a highly reliable detection result can still be obtained, so that a highly important clinical application value is achieved.
