The Rogowski coil is arranged in a cooling cavity of the electronic gun and sleeves the high-voltage cable head; the output end of the Rogowski coil is led out of the electron gun through a signal cable head arranged on the metal wall of the cooling cavity of the electron gun and is connected with the input end of the signal conditioning unit; and theoutput end of the signal conditioning unit is connected with the input end of the industrial personal computer through the high-speed sampling unit.
