Abstract

The method comprises the following steps:pretreating black waxy corn kernels to obtain black waxy corn flour, and adding an ethanol solution for ultrasonic extraction; cooling the extracting solution, and performing filtering through a duplex filter; concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure, and recovering the ethanol; extracting the concentrated solution with ethyl acetate for multiple times, and combining the extracting solutions; concentrating the combined extract solution under reduced pressure and recovering the ethyl acetate; and carrying out vacuum freeze drying on the concentrated solution to obtain the black waxy corn extract. The coarse cereal composition comprises quinoa, coix seed, oat, millet and the black waxy corn extracts, wherein the black waxy corn extract has a certain inhibition effect on fatty acid synthase in a living body, so that generation of fat is reduced.
