The method can be used for degerming indoor air and removing mitesand fine particulate matters such as PM2.5. The method comprises the following steps of pumping indoor air into a microbubble generator by an air pump; carrying out first wave filtration on air by amicroporous ceramic film to filter impurities such as large particles and fibers; feeding air pumped into the microbubble generator into a water tank, wherein small particles like PM2.5 in air are washed by water and harmful gas such as formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds left in air are intercepted by a water body in the water tank, too; carrying out high power ultraviolet irradiation, wherein oxygen and water molecules in small bubbles form many free radicals and hydroxyl; and carrying out a reaction on an organic solvent in the water body and volatile organic exhaust gas to decompose harmful gas molecules so as to kill bacteria and viruses left in air, wherein the indoor air reaches sterile and clean states gradually, thereby playing a very good role of purifying the indoor airin a pestilent period.
