Abstract

The laser processing device comprises a bottom plate, wherein the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a detection table and a cutting device; the cutting device comprises a cutting column fixedly connected to the upper surface of the bottom plate; the top end of the cutting column is fixedly connected with a cutting machine head; the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a bottom frame; the bottom frame is positioned in front of the cutting column; and the upper surface of the bottom frame is fixedly connected with a storage groove block. According to the laser processing device for mechanical accessory production, a threaded cross rod, a vertical positioning plate and a clamping plate are arranged, so that a mechanical accessory can be clamped on the upper part of a cutting table plate; the cutting machine head is adopted for carrying out laser cutting onthe mechanical accessory; and a waste gas recycling hole is formed in the upper surface of the cutting table plate, so that smoke dust generated by cutting is absorbed by an exhaust fan and is conveyed to a factory waste gas pipeline, and therefore, centralized treatment is convenient, and health threat, on a worker, of cutting waste gas is eliminated.
