Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: after liquid fermentation of ganodermalucidum mycelia for 24 hours, adding saccharomyces boulardii fermentation liquor into the fermentation of the ganoderma lucidum mycelia; carrying out co-fermentation culture on saccharomyces boulardii and the lucid ganoderma mycelia for 1-5 days to obtain fermentation liquor and lucid ganoderma mycelia; and separating the fermentation liquor of the ganoderma lucidum mycelia, and extracting the ganoderma lucidum exopolysaccharides. According to the method, the yield of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides is increased through co-fermentation of the saccharomyces boulardii and the ganoderma lucidum mycelia, and the biomass of ganoderma lucidum and the yield of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides are greatly increased by adding the saccharomyces boulardii in the specific fermentation stage.
