Abstract

The production equipment comprises a fermentation device, a drying device mounted at the rear end ofthe fermentation device and a crushing device mounted below the drying device. The mixed organic materials are fermented in a fermentation cylinder, and a stirring motor drives the fermentation cylinder to rotate reversely to roll the fermented materials. The stirring motor drives the fermentation cylinder to rotate forwards so that the fermented organic fertilizer can be guided into a drying cylinder, a drying block is heated so that the organic fertilizer can be dried, and a bidirectional motor can drive a rotating shaft and spiral blades to roll over the organic fertilizer and heat the organic fertilizer through periodic forward and reverse rotation switching. The bidirectional motor rotates forwards to guide the dried organic fertilizer into a smashing cylinder, a smashing motor drivesa connecting shaft and a cutting assembly to rotate to smash and cut the dried organic fertilizer, and the cut organic fertilizer is discharged outwards through a discharging nozzle.
