This invention discloses a process for preparing high-organic-matter bio-liquid
organic fertilizer based on the leaves and stems of edible grasses, belonging to the field of
organic fertilizer preparation technology. This invention addresses the pain points of
low resource utilization rate of edible grass leaves and stems, incomplete harmless treatment of traditional bio-liquid organic fertilizers, low water-soluble
organic matter content, easy inactivation of functional live
bacteria, and unstable product quality. Using edible grass leaves and stems as the main material, it combines carbon sources such as rice
husk powder,
nitrogen sources such as well-rotted
livestock and
poultry manure, conditioners, and compound functional microbial agents. The process involves crushing,
drying, sieving, homogenizing, mixing, controlling
moisture and C / N ratio, three-stage temperature-controlled aerobic
fermentation,
drying, fine pulverization, and constant-temperature extraction and
centrifugation to obtain a basic
mother liquor. After precision
filtration and
pasteurization, the
mother liquor is supplemented with
macro-elements, micro-elements, and functional microbial agents to obtain the finished product. This process achieves harmlessness and thorough
organic matter degradation, resulting in a product with excellent water-soluble
organic matter, effective live
bacteria count, and total
nutrient indicators, with stable and controllable quality, enabling high-value utilization of edible grass waste.
