Embodiment

[0044] A specific embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for intelligent positioning of steel bars in concrete based on ground penetrating radar and deep learning, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0045] Step S1, using ground penetrating radar to collect a radar profile containing hyperbolic reflection targets of steel bars on the concrete surface, and performing zero-time correction and format conversion preprocessing on the data;

[0046] Step S2, inputting the preprocessed image into the trained SSD model to identify the hyperbolic reflection of the steel bar in the radar profile, and automatically select the region where it is located with a rectangular frame;

[0047] Step S3, performing Hilbert transformation and offset processing on the target frame area, and reconstructing the hyperbolic target in the image into an approximate circular target that truly describes the cross-sectional shape of the steel bar;

[0048] Step S4, usin...

Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent positioning method for reinforcing steel bars in concrete based on a ground penetrating radar and deep learning, and the method comprises the steps: collecting aradar profile comprising a reinforcing steel bar hyperbolic reflection target on the surface of the concrete through the ground penetrating radar, and carrying out the zero-time correction and formatconversion preprocessing of data; inputting the preprocessed image into the trained SSD model for intelligent identification; extracting all hyperbolic curve target areas automatically selected by the rectangular frame according to an identification result; performing Hilbert transform and diffraction superposition offset on the target frame area; determining an optimal threshold of image binaryzation by using an iterative threshold method; determining the vertex of the target area block in the binary image by using a vertex positioning method; and calculating the protective layer thickness and the horizontal spacing of the steel bars according to the steel bar vertexes. According to the invention, the ground penetrating radar and the deep learning technology are combined to carry out intelligent detection and positioning on the steel bars in the concrete, and the position and quantity information of the steel bars in the concrete can be rapidly obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of engineering nondestructive testing, and in particular relates to an intelligent positioning method for steel bars in concrete based on ground penetrating radar and deep learning. Background technique [0002] In the completion acceptance of buildings and the safety assessment of old buildings, the steel bars in reinforced concrete structures need to be tested according to the requirements of the code, and the position, spacing, diameter and thickness of the protective layer of the steel bars are the focus of steel bar testing. The traditional method is to check the steel reinforcement in the concrete through destructive methods such as cutting and drilling on the concrete surface. This method is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also destroys the integrity of the building components, affecting its mechanical properties and bearing capacity. [0003] Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is an engineering ge...
