The material is characterized by being prepared from the followingraw materials in parts by weight: 45 to 55 parts of light calcined magnesia powder, 30 to 40 parts of magnesium sulfate solution, 2 to 7 parts of aluminate cement clinker with the mark number of CA-50 or CA-70, and 0.2 to 0.7 part of citric acid.
