Abstract

The invention discloses a controllable hot-pressing implementation method of a nano material, which belongs to the technical field of nano material processing and application, and comprises the following steps of: firstly, selecting an original substrate suitable for growing the nano material, and preparing the nano material; secondly, preparing an auxiliary interface layer and a hot-pressing cut-off layer on an ideal target substrate; fitting the nano material on the original substrate with the auxiliary interface layer on the surface of the target substrate, performing physical or chemical reaction on the auxiliary interface layer through heating, and enabling the nano material to be in embedded contact with the auxiliary interface layer under a certain pressure; and finally, cooling thedevice, removing the original substrate and the auxiliary growth layer, and removing or directly removing the hot-pressing cut-off layer by adopting a dip-washing agent, so as to obtain a required nano material structure through transfer on the target substrate. The morphology integrity and uniformity of the nano material on the planar substrate are realized by preparing the hot-pressing cut-offlayer with specific flatness and height, so that the stability of physical and chemical properties of the nano material is ensured.
