The method comprises the following steps of: importing a model, namely importing a transverse componentand a longitudinal component; an interference checking step of splicing the transverse member and the longitudinal member and performing interference checking to obtain an interference point; a transverse member and longitudinal member adjusting step: if interference points exist between transverse member longitudinal bars and longitudinal member longitudinal bars, adjusting the interfered transverse member longitudinal bars to avoid in the horizontal direction; different transverse member adjusting steps: if interference points exist between different transverse member longitudinal bars, adjusting the interfered transverse member longitudinal bars to avoid in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction; and in the same transverse member adjusting step, if interference points existbetween the longitudinal bars with the anchoring plates in the same transverse member, adjusting the interfered longitudinal bars with the anchoring plates to be dislocated and avoided.
