The invention provides a self-anchored suspension bridge with main cable ground anchors, which comprises a main cable, cable bent towers, stiffening beams, slings and side piers, wherein the cable bent towers are positioned on two sides or in the middle of the bridge surface; a main cable saddle supporting main cable is arranged at the top of the cable bent tower; cable rotating saddles are arranged at the two ends of the stiffening beams; the main cable bypasses the rotating cable saddle at the end part of the stiffening beam and then is vertically and downwards anchored on the foundation ofthe side pier; the anchoring section, below the cable rotating saddle, of the main cable comprises a whole cable section and a scattered cable section, a scattered cable sleeve is arranged between thewhole cable section and the scattered cable section and provided with a fixed support in the bridge direction, the slings are evenly arranged between the main cable and the stiffening beam, the sidepiers are located below the ends of the stiffening beam, and supports are arranged at the tops of the side piers to support the stiffening beam.
