Embodiment Construction

[0062] figure 1 A configuration of a short-circuit ring 1 is shown with a recess 2 on which a spike 3 is formed on its bottom surface A2 .

[0063] Spikes 3 are a preferred embodiment of the protrusion. Spikes 3 are designed as conical tips. In the figure, the longitudinal axis LA of the spike is designed at right angles to the base A2 of the recess 2 . In other words, the longitudinal axis LA of the spike 3 (see figure 2 ) is arranged parallel to the machine axis MA in the figure.

[0064] The short-circuit ring 1 is part of the squirrel cage of the rotating electric machine M. The short-circuit ring 1 is in particular part of the squirrel cage of the rotor of the electric machine M.

[0065] The recess 2 serves for the mechanical and electrical connection of the short-circuit ring to at least one squirrel cage bar 4 . In the figure, squirrel cage bars 4 protrude from a rotor lamination 5 , which is preferably embodied as a laminated core.

Abstract

The invention relates to a short-circuit ring (1, 11) for a squirrel cage of a dynamo-electric rotary machine (M), wherein the short-circuit ring (1, 11) has at least one recess (2, 12). The short-circuit ring (1, 11) can be connected to at least one cage bar (4) protruding from a rotor packet (5) of the dynamo-electric rotary machine (M) by means of the recess (2, 12). The invention also relatesto two methods for connecting a short-circuit ring (1, 11) of this type.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a short-circuit ring for a squirrel cage of a rotating electric machine, wherein the short-circuit ring has at least one recess. Background technique [0002] To form the squirrel cage, the short-circuit ring is usually connected to the squirrel cage bars by means of welding, in particular brazing, copper die-casting or welding. [0003] The disadvantage here, however, is that expensive devices are required for this. Contents of the invention [0004] The object of the present invention is to simplify the formation of squirrel cages. [0005] This object is achieved by a short-circuit ring for a squirrel cage of a rotating electric machine with the features of claim 1 , wherein the short-circuit ring has at least one recess, wherein the short-circuit ring can be connected by means of the recess to the part projecting from the rotor lamination of the rotating electric machine. At least one squirrel cage bar connection. [0...
