Abstract

The invention relates to a non-contact ultrasonic detection method, and belongs to the field of nondestructive detection. The method comprises the following steps: data acquisition, data preprocessing, characteristic wave extraction, data analysis and comparison, and result feedback and evaluation. According to the method, filtering processing can be carried out on an ultrasonic waveform, the ultrasonic waveform is compared with a pre-input to-be-detected density range, data which do not belong to the density range of a to-be-detected piece is taken as clutter processing, only waveforms, namely characteristic waves, within the range from generation of specific density waves to ending of the density waves are reserved, and the characteristic waves are extracted; the waveform is compared with a normal waveform in a preset database so as to obtain an abnormal waveform in the wave band, then the abnormal waveform is compared with a defect waveform in the database, a defect type to which the waveform belongs is determined , and a defect level is determined according to the waveform; and the obtained defect type and defect level data are output as a detection result to form a report. Theproblem that an underground target cannot be effectively detected in the prior art for example, a pipeline deeply buried underground is successfully solved.
