The first cable pipe clamping mechanism comprisesa first clamping assembly and a second clamping assembly, the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are the same in structure, and the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are oppositely arranged; a cable pipe is clamped between the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly, the first clamping assembly comprises a clamping supporting column, aclamping force transmission shaft cover, a second supporting roller and the like, a clamping motor stator is fixedly connected with the clamping supporting column, and the tail end of a clamping force transmission shaft is limited in a clamping force transmission shaft support through a first thrust bearing; and the head end of the clamping force transmission shaft penetrates through a clamping motor rotor to be fixedly connected with a conveying assembly in the clamping supporting column, and the cable pipe is clamped or loosened through a conveying clamp of the conveying assembly.
