Problems solved by technology

[0004] At present, there have been many studies on ship trajectory prediction, but due to the variety of ships, different types of ships have different navigation characteristics, such as small ships with changeable tracks, flexible steering, fast speed, and often offshore Navigation: large ships have monotonous trajectories, slow steering, slow speed, and often conduct ocean voyages
Existing methods cannot distinguish different types of ships, so it is impossible to predict trajectories for different types of ships, and it is difficult to obtain accurate navigation trajectories

Abstract

The invention discloses a ship navigation track prediction method based on a ship type. The method comprises the steps of obtaining AIS data of a to-be-predicted ship, wherein the AIS data comprises anavigation track point sequence and a ship type of the to-be-predicted ship; converting the navigation track point sequence into a sea area grid number sequence according to pre-divided sea area grids; determining a ship type feature vector of the ship to be predicted according to the ship type of the ship to be predicted and a pre-established ship type dictionary matrix; inputting the sea area grid number sequence and the ship type feature matrix into a pre-trained sequence to a sequence model to obtain a prediction result sequence; and determining longitude and latitude coordinates of a central point of each sea area grid in the prediction result sequence to obtain a prediction track point sequence of the to-be-predicted ship. According to the method, the prediction precision of the ship navigation trajectory can be improved, and different trajectory prediction results can be generated for different types of ships.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ship navigation, in particular to a ship navigation trajectory prediction method based on ship type. Background technique [0002] Ship trajectory prediction, that is, predicting the future navigation trajectory of a ship based on its current trajectory, has a wide range of applications. For example, trajectory prediction information can be used for ship scheduling to effectively avoid collisions between ships, ensure ship navigation safety, and improve maritime navigation efficiency. Defense, border and coastal defense capabilities are helpful. [0003] In order to predict the ship's trajectory, it is usually necessary to use the Automatic Identification System (AIS) of the ship. AIS is a set of digital equipment and navigation equipment system using network, communication and electronic information display technology, which can provide information including ship number, ship position , draft, speed, heading, sh...
