The method comprises the following steps: respectively storing multi-point data into M memories; reading M groups of data from M memories in parallel, converting every four serial numbers in each group of data into four parallel numbers, and entering a radix-4 FFT butterfly unit in parallel, wherein the time interval of the data in each memory entering the radix-4 FFT butterfly unit is a clock period; performing a radix-4FFT operation on the data entering the radix-4FFT butterfly unit, converting parallel data output by the radix-4FFT butterfly unit into serial data, and performing in-situ storage; after the FFT operation of the multi-point data is completed, translating the data stored in each memory.
