Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a method for recycling iron and zinc from hot galvanizing waste acid, and belongs to an industrial waste resourceful treatment technology. The system comprises: awaste acid storage tank, a bubbling type iron removal device, a first plate-and-frame filter press, a zinc precipitation device, a calcium hydroxide preparation tank, a second plate-and-frame filter press and a calcium chloride solution storage tank, the bubbling type iron removal device is respectively connected with the waste acid storage tank, the first plate-and-frame filter press and the calcium hydroxide preparation tank; and the zinc precipitation device is respectively connected with the first plate-and-frame filter press, the second plate-and-frame filter press and the calcium hydroxide preparation tank. The waste acid storage tank, the bubbling type iron removal device, the first plate-and-frame filter press, the zinc precipitation device, the calcium hydroxide preparation tank,the second plate-and-frame filter press and the calcium chloride solution storage tank are arranged, iron and zinc in the hot galvanizing waste acid are separated and recycled through the processes ofreaction, filter pressing and the like on the hot galvanizing waste acid, therefore considerable economic benefits are achieved, and the system and method have positive environmental protection significance.
