Particularly, the system comprises a plurality of user devices, a cloud server and a pigment mixing and distributing device. In operation, a user may access the plurality of user devices via a user interface to select at least one pigment encoding parameter from the user input data. The cloud server comprises at least one memory adapted to store data of the at least one pigment encoding parameter in a pigment database and at least one processor adapted to execute processor executable code. In practice, the pigment mixing and dispensing device is configured to provide instant pigment mixing to a user by receiving a set of instructions from a cloud server via a communications network.
