The invention belongs to the technical field of
high polymer materials, and particularly relates to bio-based light-cured
polyurethane acrylate resin as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the bio-based light-cured
polyurethane acrylate resin comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a catalyst, a first
polymerization inhibitor, first hydroxyl
acrylate and
itaconic acid, stirring and reacting at 90-120 DEG C for 6-9 hours to obtain a
reaction product, then adding
epoxidized soybean oil, and stirring at 90-120 DEG C for 3-5 hours to obtain a
prepolymer; and (2) cooling the
prepolymer obtained in the step (1) to
room temperature, dropwise adding second acrylic hydroxyl ester and diisocyanate, and then stirring and reacting at 30-60 DEG C for 1.5-4 hours until an NCO
infrared peak value disappears, thereby obtaining the
polyurethane acrylate. The resin is high in bio-based content, moderate in
viscosity, good in flexibility, high in
hardness, strong in
adhesive force, high in glossiness, small in smell and good in storage stability, and is suitable for being applied to preparation of
UV curing coatings,
UV curing printing ink,
UV curing adhesives, 3D printing materials and
nail polish glue.
