The system comprises a liquid oxygen container, a liquid nitrogen container, a liquid oxygen subcooler and an ejection evacuation pressure reduction system. The liquid oxygen container is used for storing supercooled liquid oxygen and converted deep supercooled liquid oxygen. The liquid nitrogen container is used for storing standard boiling point liquid nitrogen. The liquid oxygen subcooler is used for forming a shell pass and a tube pass of a heat exchanger and carrying out subcooling on the liquid oxygen in the tube pass by utilizing a heat exchange refrigerant medium in the shell pass. The ejection evacuation pressure reduction system is used for obtaining heat exchange refrigerant medium steam through an ejector to form a pressure reduction and temperature reduction process. A main circulation loop is formed between the liquid oxygen container and the liquid oxygen subcooler, the liquid nitrogen container and the liquid oxygen subcooler form a refrigerant medium balance pipeline, and the shell pass of the liquid oxygen subcooler is connected with an ejector leading-in connector of the ejection evacuation pressure reduction system through a communicating branch. The deep supercooled liquid oxygen is successfully prepared, and the overall requirement is met. The deep supercooled liquid oxygen preparation system and preparation method can be directly appliedto liquid oxygen filling of a low-temperature carrier rocket, and the technical risk of subsequent development tasks is reduced.
