Wherein the wearable assembly is woven by a mixture of a conductive material and an insulating material, the conductive material forms a plurality of electrodes on the wearable assembly and a multi-mode physiological signal acquisitioncircuit is formed among the plurality of electrodes; the processing assembly comprises a scheduler and a plurality of arithmetic units, the scheduler is configured to receive the multi-modal physiological signals and schedule a plurality of arithmetic units to determine the health state information of a user and control the output assembly to output an early warning information. The arithmetic unit comprises a programmable logic gate array, and a task operation unit of a binary neural network model for determining health state information is fixedly arranged in the arithmetic unit; and the battery is used for supplying power to the wearable assembly, the processing assembly and the output assembly.
