Abstract

The invention relates to a die-casting machine and a die-casting method. The die-casting machine is matched with a mold with a mold cavity for accommodating molten liquid for use. The die-casting machine comprises a plurality of pressure injecting mechanisms which are connected to the mold, wherein a pressure injecting channel for injecting molten liquid into the mold cavity is arranged in each pressure injecting mechanism, and at least two different positions of the mold cavity communicate with the pressure injecting channels. The distances from different positions of the mold cavity to the pressure injecting channels can be reduced, so that flow resistance and pressure loss of the molten liquid can be reduced, the total time of filling up the whole mold cavity with the molten liquid is reduced, and the die-cast part is accurately and quickly formed. Meanwhile, when the molten liquid is cured to generate volume shrinkage and the edge part of the mold cavity defines a new filling space, distances from different positions of the new filling space to different pressure injecting channels are shorter, so that the molten liquid in different pressure injecting channels is ensured to timely fill up the different positions of the new filling space to realize shrinkage compensation, and thus, structural strength of the die-cast part is finally guaranteed.
