Abstract

The invention relates to a loop-mediated isothermal amplification detection primer group and kit for a duck adenovirus 4. According to the method, the primer group is designed according to the conserved sequence of a genome of the duck adenovirus 4: outer primers (X4-F3 and X4-B3), inner primers (X4-FIP and X4-BIP) and loop primers (X4-LF and X4-LB), and specific sequences are respectively as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-6. The loop-mediated isothermal amplification detection primer group and kit for the duck adenovirus 4 are established according to the designed primer group. The detection method ofthe kit has no cross reaction with common infectious disease pathogens of ducks. The detection method disclosed by the invention is high in specificity, high in accuracy and high in sensitivity, doesnot need expensive instruments and equipment, is convenient for basic clinical field use, and convenient and rapid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of animal epidemiology detection, in particular to a duck type 4 adenovirus ring-mediated isothermal amplification detection primer set and kit. Background technique [0002] Duck adenovirus 4 (DAdV-4) is a new type of duck adenovirus newly confirmed in southern my country in 2019. Analysis of the virus genome revealed that its main gene-encoded protein had the same nucleotide and amino acid homology as the duck type 1 adenovirus, duck type 2 adenovirus and duck type 3 adenovirus-related genes found in duck populations earlier. less than 80%. Genetic evolution analysis showed that DAdV-4 belongs to the genus Aviadenovirus in the family Adenoviridae, but it is in an independent genetic evolutionary branch, so it was named duckadenovirus 4 (DAdV-4). In 2020, our research team also confirmed the presence of duck type 4 adenovirus (DAdV-4) infection in duck populations in Fujian (named DAdV-4-FJ001 strain, GenBank acces...
