The multifunctional ecological water diversion device sequentially comprises a water inlet part, a first-stage desilting part, a second-stage desilting part and a water outlet part along the water diversion direction; at least one front gate and a floating object intercepting device are arranged in the water inlet part; at least one rear gate and a filtering and adsorbing device are also arranged in the water outlet part; the first-stage desilting part comprises an annular outer shell and a flow guide ring arranged inthe outer shell; the flow guide ring is a C-shaped flow guide ring concentric with the annular outer shell; a notch of the flow guide ring is formed in the downstream face; a sand gathering pool is formed in the C-shaped flow guide ring; the second-stage desilting part comprises a desilting shell and a sand collecting pool which can be taken out through external force; the desilting shell at thejoint of the second-stage desilting part and the first-stage desilting part is a necking part; and the section shape of the sand collecting pool in the horizontal direction is consistent with that ofthe desilting shell.
