Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying production places of dendrobium officinale, which comprises the following steps of: determining a group of fungi capable of representing structural regional differences in endophytic fungi communities of the dendrobium officinale by analyzing various dendrobium officinale samples with known production places, and designing production place moleculartags aiming at the group of fungi; obtaining dendrobium officinale samples with determined production places, and sequentially performing testing to obtain relative expression quantities of the samples corresponding to molecular tags of all the production places; constructing a database for reflecting the relationship between the dendrobium officinale production place and the relative expressionquantity of the molecular tags of the production place; testing the relative expression quantity of the dendrobium officinale samples of which the producing areas are to be determined corresponding toall producing area molecular tags; and comparing and verifying the measured relative expression quantities of the molecular tags of all the production places corresponding to the dendrobium officinale samples with data in a database, and determining the production places to which the dendrobium officinale samples belong. According to the method disclosed by the invention, according to the characteristic that a fungal community structure has an obvious regional difference, producing area molecular tags are constructed for producing area indicating bacterium groups with an indicating effect byscreening, and a method for judging and verifying is determined.
