chip model; based on the geometric parameters, constructing a first boundary
parameter equation and a second boundary
parameter equation for the three-dimensional chip model, where the first and second boundaries are two opposite boundaries of the three-dimensional chip model along the width direction; and based on the first and second boundary parameter equations, constructing a parametric model corresponding to the three-dimensional chip model. This allows for an accurate description of the complex
spatial structure of the
helical ribbon chip, achieving high-precision
digital reproduction of the helical ribbon chip morphology, and thus providing a reliable analytical basis for optimizing
cutting processes.
