Abstract

The invention discloses a diaphragm motion model for teaching and application thereof. The model is mainly composed of a glass cover, a glass tube, a balloon, a rubber film and an airflow opening andclosing device, the balloon is located in the glass cover, the lower end of the glass tube is connected with the balloon, the upper end is communicated with the outside through a glass cover upper opening, the rubber film is tied to a glass cover lower opening, and the airflow opening and closing device is installed at the upper end of the glass tube. The model is used by the following steps thatthe airflow opening and closing device is closed, and the rubber film is pushed upwards without reducing the balloon; the airflow opening and closing device is opened, and the balloon shrinks to discharge air; the airflow opening and closing device is closed, the rubber film is loosened or pulled down, and the balloon is not expanded; the air flow opening and closing device is opened to expand theballoon to suck air. Through the use of the diaphragm motion model, students can more fully understand the causal relationship of expiration caused by reduction of thorax volume and inspiration caused by increase of thorax volume. The model is simple in structure, convenient to operate and suitable for teaching. The model and the application thereof can be made into paper or electronic publications in the form of characters and pictures, and can also be made into audio and video products in the form of audios and videos for teaching.
