Abstract

The invention discloses an extrusion granulator which comprises a shell, a granulation mold is arranged in the shell, a plurality of granulation channels penetrating vertically are formed in the granulation mold, a plurality of screw rods driven by a motor and a gear to rotate are further arranged in the shell, the lower ends of the screw rods are inserted into the upper portions of the granulation channels, and the motor is connected with a cutter head at the bottom of the shell through a rotating rod at the same time. A plurality of blades are arranged on the cutter head, and each blade is positioned beside an outlet in the lower end of one granulation channel. According to the equipment, strip-shaped materials emerging from the granulation channels are continuously cut through the blades at the bottom of the machine shell to be manufactured into particle materials, each granulation channel is provided with one corresponding blade, and thus the cutting time of the strip-shaped materials emerging from each granulation channel is completely consistent, and it can be guaranteed that the particle sizes of the particles obtained through cutting are consistent.
