Abstract

The invention relates to a hydrogen-doped natural gas transportation and separation system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a hydrogen buffer tank, a natural gas pressure regulator, a natural gas hydrogen-doped gas mixing device, a monitoring module, a hydrogen-doped natural gas separation and purification device and a hydrogen storage device; and natural gas and hydrogen are respectively subjected to pressure treatment through the hydrogen buffer tank and the natural gas pressure regulator, then are conveyed to the natural gas hydrogen-doped gas mixing device through a natural gas transportation pipeline to obtain hydrogen-doped natural gas, and are transported to the hydrogen-doped natural gas separation and purification device through the natural gas pipeline to obtain pure hydrogen for hydrogen equipment to use or store. According to the system, hydrogen is transported and separated through the natural gas pipeline, the hydrogen transportation cost can be effectively reduced, and efficient utilization of energy is promoted.
