Abstract

The invention discloses a rust removing device for non-ferrous metal processing. The rust removing device comprises a water pump, supporting plates, a connecting part and a cleaning brush. Vertical plates and two side plates are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the two supporting plates correspondingly. The top ends of the two vertical plates are both connected with a support. Two hydraulic rods are fixed to the top end of the support. Piston rods of the two hydraulic rods penetrate through the support and are connected with two sleeves fixed to the top end of a moving plate through bolts correspondingly. A motor is fixed to the center of the top end of the moving plate. An output shaft of the motor penetrates through the moving plate and is connected with the connecting part. The cleaning brush is fixed to the bottom end of the connecting part. A water pump and a rust removing box are fixed to the top end of one supporting plate. A water drainage pipe of the water pump is connected with one end of a hose. The other end of the hose is connected with a guide pipe. A storage part is arranged between the two vertical plates.
