The water passing plate set comprises a plurality of cold water plates and a plurality of hot water plates, wherein the cold water plates and the hot water plates are alternately stacked and separated through metal separating plates. First hole channels which are combined with the adjacent plates to define cold water channels are formed in the cold water plates in a hollowed mode, and the two ends of each cold water channel communicate with a cold water inlet and a cold water outlet in the first pressing plate correspondingly. Second hole channels which are combined with the adjacent plates to define hot water channels are formed in the hot water plates in a hollowed mode, and the two ends of each hot water channel communicate with a boiled water inlet and a warm water outlet in the first pressing plate correspondingly.
