Abstract

The invention provides the intelligent induction method which is designed based on a PB331 chip and is applied to the support system. According to the design, the PB331 chip is used as a hardware platform, a POWERBUS communication mode is adopted, the POWERBUS improves the traditional application of a traditional RS-485 bus aiming at the construction design defects, the POWERBUS has the advantages of non-polar wiring, arbitrary topology, no need of isolation, long communication distance and the like, simple interconnection between devices is achieved. Compared with the existing power supply circuit design, the integrated combination (photosensitive sensing unit), IRED (infrared light emitting diode) and signal principle circuit integrated combination measurement method can realize accurate measurement under detection adverse factors such as movement change of a measured object and various interference light sources, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the induction device.
