Abstract

The invention provides hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane submerged sponge and a preparation method thereof. The hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane submerged sponge is prepared from a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared from high-EO hydrophilic polyether polyol, high-hydroxyl polyether polyol, flexible foam polyether polyol, an organosilicon surfactant, a hydrophilic auxiliary, a cross-linking agent, a dispersing auxiliary, water, a catalyst and a physical foaming agent; and the component B comprises isocyanate. The invention also provides a preparation method of the hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane submerged sponge. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the component A, dispersing at the speed of 500-2000 rpm for 5-30 minutes, adding the component B, stirring at the speed of 3000-6000 rpm for about several seconds, and discharging. The hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane submerged sponge prepared by the preparation method is high in air permeability; vOC is lower than that of blasting sponge; the water permeability is good, and the sponge sinks to the bottom of water quickly; and the hydrolysis resistance is excellent.
