The invention discloses a manufacturing method of tissue with agilawood fragrance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing perfume, namely uniformly mixing 5% of agilawood essential oil, 1.5% of rosemary essential oil, 5% of lavender essential oil, 5% of lemon essential oil, 1% of sandalwood essential oil, 1% of valerian essential oil, 1.5% of sweet osmanthus essential oil, 3% of patchouli oil and 77% of base oil which are extracted by adopting a supercritical extraction method in proportion, conducting alcoholizing in a constant-temperature water bath at 50 DEG C for 48 hours, adding the an alcoholized mixture into edible-grade ethanol according to a proportion of 5% to obtain a perfume solution; and S2, uniformly spraying the prepared perfume solution on raw paper through a microporous spray head mounted on a tissue production line, volatilizing ethanol along the production line for 30 seconds, performing sealed packaging, carryingo ut standing for 24 hours, and performing packaging.
