Problems solved by technology

In the existing automatic fish processing process, not only the fish body is difficult to fix, but also the above two kinds of fish belly incisions are difficult to remove when the guts are removed, and it is easy to leave some viscera in the fish belly, resulting in incomplete cleaning of the viscera
In addition, since the existing visceral equipment adopts a rigid structure design, if the depth of entering the fish belly is shallower, the removal will not be clean, and if it is deeper, the fish will be damaged, making the product a defective product

Embodiment 1

[0047] Such as Figure 1-13 As shown, this embodiment provides a new type of equipment 1 for dissection and evisceration of fish, which mainly includes a bracket 2 , a supporting rail 5 , a conveying assembly 6 , a laparotomy assembly 7 and an evisceration assembly 8 . in:

[0048] One end of the bracket 2 is provided with a material inlet 3 and the other end is provided with a material outlet 4 .

[0049] The supporting rail 5 is installed on the bracket 2, and is located between the feed port 3 and the discharge port 4; two supporting rails 5 are arranged at intervals, and the two supporting rails 5 are located in the same installation plane, for The bottom supports the fish body 10 to be processed, and the abdomen of the fish body 10 to be processed is located between the two supporting rails 5 .

[0050] The conveying assembly 6 includes two conveying belts 61 and a conveying drive system 62 for driving the conveying belts. The two conveying belts 61 are respectively arr...

Abstract

A novel fish chamber-cutting and viscera-removing device belongs to the technical field of fish processing and comprises a support, carrying steel rails, a conveying assembly, a belly-opening assembly, a viscera-digging assembly and the like. The carrying steel rails are installed on the support and located between the feeding port and the discharging port. The conveying assembly comprises two conveying belts; and the belly-opening assembly and the viscera-digging assembly are arranged below the carrying steel rails. The bottom of a to-be-processed fish body is supported by the two carrying steel rails, the two sides of the fish body are clamped by the two conveying belts which operate synchronously, the conveying belts wrap the to-be-processed fish body to move forwards continuously along the carrying steel rails, the belly opening blade cuts the fish belly open from the bottom of the fish body, and then the nylon brush can brush away fish viscera from the inside of the fish belly from the notch of the fish belly. The fish body can be effectively fixed, the nylon brush can be well matched with gravity to scrape off fish viscera due to the fact that a fish belly notch is downward, and the fish viscera can be thoroughly removed; moreover, compared with a mechanical shovel and other devices, the nylon brush can be bent, the fish cannot be damaged in the viscera cleaning process, and the practicability is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fish processing, and relates to a fish cleaning device, in particular to a novel fish dissection and viscera removal device. Background technique [0002] At present, most fish are processed and cleaned by automated methods. Traditional techniques generally cut the belly of the fish from the side or top of the fish, and then use mechanical shovels or horizontal cutters to remove the internal organs. In the existing automatic fish processing process, not only the fish body is difficult to fix, but also the above two kinds of fish belly incisions are difficult to remove when the guts are removed. Both of them tend to leave some viscera in the fish belly, resulting in incomplete cleaning of the viscera. In addition, because the existing viscera equipment adopts a rigid structure design, if the depth of entering the fish belly is shallow, the removal will not be clean, and if it is deep, the fish will be dama...
