Problems solved by technology

However, most of the research on plant waterlogging tolerance at home and abroad focuses on crops and other aspects, and the current evaluation system does not pay attention to the adaptability of plants after getting rid of the waterlogging stress environment.

Embodiment

[0026] The technical solution of the present invention will be illustrated below in the form of embodiments, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

[0027] 1 Materials and methods

[0028] 1.1 Test material

[0029]A total of 39 species of woody plants and 44 species of herbaceous plants were studied on waterlogging tolerance. Among the woody plant species, there are 16 species of arbor greening trees, including 11 species of deciduous broad-leaved tree species and 5 species of evergreen coniferous tree species, and 20 species of greening tree species of shrubs or small trees. See Tables 1 and 2 for specific plant materials.

Abstract

The invention relates to a comprehensive evaluation method for waterlogging tolerance of plants. The method is characterized in that the following evaluation system is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the waterlogging tolerance of the plants, and the evaluation indexes of the evaluation system include at least one of the following indexes of (1) chlorophyll photosynthetic fluorescence potential; (2) leaf SPAD; (3) leaf water content; (4) specific leaf area; (5) leaf preservation rate; (6) post-recovery survival rate; (7) post-recovery viewing effect; (8) post-overwintering survival rate; and (10) post-overwintering viewing effect. According to the method, the evaluation period of the comprehensive evaluation system is short, and the waterlogging tolerance of various plants can be accurately and effectively evaluated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the garden field, in particular to a comprehensive evaluation method for plant waterlogging tolerance. Background technique [0002] Waterlogging stress mainly limits photosynthesis and aerobic respiration, while promoting anaerobic respiration. Some plants do not change photosynthesis under waterlogging stress, but the output of photosynthetic products is blocked, and the photosynthetic rate is reduced due to product inhibition. In addition to causing soil hypoxia, flooding also has a "water jacket effect" on plants, causing anaerobic respiration of plants and producing toxic intermediate products such as ethanol, thereby causing certain adaptive changes in plants, such as promoting leaf aging and shedding, Stem diameter increases, aerenchyma is formed, adventitious roots are produced, etc. The essence is that flooding causes the interaction between auxin and ethylene, which causes the growth changes of various parts of the pl...
