Abstract

The invention relates to a processing system for powder and a method for cleaning such processing system, in particular to the processing system for especially medicinal powder and a method for cleaning such processing system. The processing system comprises a processing device (1) for powder and a closed housing (2) with an inner production space (3) in which the processing device (1) is arranged. Furthermore, the processing system comprises a steam generator (4), by means of which steam is introduced into the production space (3) in an amount such that air supersaturated with respect to the steam occurs at least in some sections. Possible powder residues are combined by means of water in such a way that the supersaturated water condenses in the production space (3). Condensed water, including powder residues bound therein, is removed, in particular when the housing (2) is open.
